As a Human Resources executive at Goldman Sachs, I focused on the wellness and work-life needs of thousands of employees. This experience, coupled with my Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, gives me a unique perspective when working through the challenges my clients face in all aspects of their life.
In addition to my work as an executive, I am also a certified and experienced yoga instructor. I love to help my yoga students leverage the centering aspects of yoga in order to generate a positive energy that stays with them off the yoga mat. I strive to create a supportive and balanced class environment where my students can take on new challenges, notice how their bodies feel on the mat, and be present and mindful in their experiences. As a yoga instructor, I meet my students where they are and help them move forward. This mirrors how I work with my coaching clients as well; my goal is to take you from where you are right now, and help you move forward with compassion, confidence, and full support.
My certificate in Positive Psychology Coaching from the Wholebeing Institute helped me connect all of my past experiences and has provided me with tools to better serve my clients.
I am married with two children ages 15 and 13 and an energetic rescue dog. As a family we love to travel, play tennis and gather in our family room together to watch movies, TV shows and play competitive board games. In my spare time, I love to read both fiction and nonfiction as well as take my dog on long walks.
My experience with positive psychology and yoga has greatly benefited me as a mother, wife, and friend, and I look forward to sharing these benefits with my clients.
